Ha, hardly. 100k in plat/items seems more than fair to me. Hopefully someone else feels the same. ;)

I hope so too sir, best of luck with your buy =)

Personally I am staying far far away from AoN's from now on...price dropping too fast for my taste lol

Ghaz 09-13-2010 05:03 PM

Thats because the tards who were selling them picked arbitrary prices like 230k regardless of how much people were actually willing to buy them for. Thats why you see these AoN threads that are like:

day 1
230k pm me

day 2
bump

day 3
bump

day 4
ok 215k pm me or /tell

day 5
bump

day 6
bump

day 7
200k firm!

day 8
bump

day 9
ok im feeling generous, 190k!

They just have this unrealistic idea of how much the item is worth, but now it seems to be slowly stabilizing and reaching more realistic prices.

citizen1080 09-13-2010 06:42 PM

I sold 3 AoN's for 300k+ a few weeks before the Duped AoN's hit the market. It was not unrealistic, they were rare..simple supply and demand. Once the duped ones hit the market the price went down. Not rocket science. So these "I told you so" posts are BS sorry, take the duped AoN's out of the equation and you would still see these selling for 300k. Whether someone "thinks" a price is realistic or not doesn't mean jack, whatever the highest bidder is willing to pay is realistic.

People arent even hardly willing to buy the duped ones for 160ish so I dont see how you figure there would be AoNs being sold around for 300k still. For all you know the three people that bought them for that much could have been the ones who duped and distributed them. Buyers that have an unlimited amount of money arent a good indicator of the other 99.8% of the market on the server :p

citizen1080 09-13-2010 06:55 PM

Realistically the rest of the server doesn't matter. AoN's are only going to be bought by people with too much money period. It's a toy..fluff. The only use it has it to shrink down over sized classes and that can be done for a hell of a lot cheaper. I am sorry but I refuse to believe that AoN's went from 300k one week down to 150k the next because people "woke up" and realized they are not worth 300k. Price dropped due to duped necklaces flooding the market. That is my point
