You shouldn't buy anything from that clown just on general principal. I just looked at his prices and he still can't sell at those prices. Almost everything he wants to sell is priced at 20% more than it's value give or take. By the way, 18k sounds fair to me. I am not sure if the price has dropped or not, but I sold for for 20k.

Btw I offered him 14.5 for it. Which is the normal price I'm used to seeing( 13-16k). I wish I could be online so I could spam ooc :/ or at least farm more pp for you greedy bastahds and your price gouges.
