Easy GM assistance to increase pop?
 

I never go onto the blue forums because...well why would I.

I randomly did and happened to notice some threads attempting to recruit people to red.

Almost all of the players that comment say they have tried a red character but notice there is no one to play with at low levels and quit. This is entirely understandable.

Can we do something like offer increased exp up to level 20 for a week? Maybe just give people level 20 characters if they make them within a small window?

It seems to me the standard rules were bent a bit and people were allowed to see what the game is like on this server without having to solo in rags from lvl 1 in empty zones there would be a lot more people willing to play here.

Let's be honest this server only gets fun lvl 50ish plus because you can actually start playing with the rest of the population.

Maybe this is a shit idea but it seems like it wouldn't be hard to get a nice boost in the population and currently the server is in the best state to retain players as it has been in a very long time.

The experience bonus is already PLENTY enough bonus. You already can't afford spells if you get in a reasonable group b/c the exp is too fast.

Red so hard up for Holocaust croots they want like, triple mega welfare? There's already a very significant bonus.

People don't play red because they get fisted by level 30s with epics and fungis while trying to level. Oh I forgot to add, the level 30 is being healed by a 57 Druid so there's not dick the 30s could do if they tried.

And then unless they join Holocaust or the flavor of the day zerg guild, might as well be dead in the water.

You can level past 30 so fast....if you quit because someone kills you then you should probably go play a different game all together.

There are multiple guilds doing epics and planar raids. You are erroneous. I am trying to be constructive.


P.S. I am not in Holocuast.

Go look around in the blue starting zones and try to start a group

I don't think the people complaining about not being able to hit 20 are going to be significant on either server. Red has been getting new people to join the server as it is.

Just ignore the people complaining about stuff that for some reason never hurt anyone else when they leveled from 1-50.

If they are on blue they are complaining that twinks are dominating all the camps in cb/unrest/mistmoore. If they are on red they are complaining the twinks are PvPing in cb/unrest/mistmoore. They are little bitches no matter where they are and even though they are playing a 15 year old game they haven't figured out how to level up outside of these 3 zones.

server definately lacking more blue players that farm pixels and avoid pvp at all cost
