A scaled wolf elder

This mob does not seem to spawn in WW at any of the locations listed. Had several rangers try to find it on track with 0 success.

Is supposed to drop this item or lead to a quest turn in:

Pending update:

-scaled wolf elder now exists
-scaled wolf elder is kos versus kromdul
-scaled wolf tracker now spawns in warslikswood
-many additional npcs added to northwest area

Which seems to imply KOS one way, but not the other. Not sure if you implemented it that way, but something to keep in mind.

Wonder if it's still the same on live...
