Guard Forbly - Plane of Fear Tracking
 

I had an odd NPC show up on the track list last night while in the plane of fear: Guard Forbly. Here's a video of it:

I couldn't find much information on him, it looks like he might belong in Qeynos.

Anyway I have no idea why he appeared on my track window and can't reproduce the bug. Just giving you a heads up.
