Frequent lag issues

Hello,

Over the past month I have been experiencing tremendous issues in regards to lag/latency issues on the server. This happens across multiple zones and occurs for an unknown reason.

Most times what happens is the typical "Cast a spell, spell bar shows up, 3 seconds later the spell actually starts and then finishes 3 seconds late".... Spell bar doesn't refresh in a timely manner, lots of delay before looting corpses as well, all actions are impacted.

I have closed down ALL other programs and this does not improve it whatsoever, and it seems to come on completely randomly, during any play times, and usually persists for 30+ minutes.

The most interesting thing is in all but a very few cases, the green bar in EQ shows latency < 100ms.

I've turned my clip plane down, reduce the visuals as low as they can go, in an attempt to see if this is a visual issue but it still remains.

Additionally, NO other game that I play has ANY latency issues, including 20+ Steam games that I play frequently with 1-10 other players. I can even host games no problem.

Hoping someone else see this and can give some feedback.

I've tested my speed at speedtest.net during these horrific lag issues and I'm still 32MB+ down and 4MB+ up.

It has to be something between my computer and the P99 servers

Its been horrible for me to play also, having 4000ms lag spike, trouble zoning, trouble login in, driving me crazy man! Few weeks now.

I've heard... that it can be ISP related but.. just rumor... I really wish I could diagnose it but it's so elusive.

Nothing seems to be the trigger for it, nor correct it.
