All giants, including trash green con watchers, sergeants, etc appear to be regen-ing somewhere between 3 and 4% hp a tick. Unsure if this is classic or not.

Tested on random mobs from EW ZI to Areana. Regen seemed pretty consistent at 4% of HP regardless of total HP or level.

Did you expect something else? Is this while aggroed or unaggroed?

Seems incredibly inaccurate, as most giant regen (non-named) is listed as 2-4 hp/tick, not 2-4% hp/tick.

I noticed this on the giants as well. Is this classic or no?

From my recollection this is classic. I remember Kael gave me a reason to use my disease dots because of this. Sadly the DPS was usually strong enough it would end up being a waste of mana anyways. Classic according to my memories.:D
