Vorken Iceshard
 

I'm standing at the spot where Vorken Iceshard should be, but "a Frost Giant Lord" is in his place. I can't find any reference of him having a PH, and it's odd since he's a Kael quest giver.

Also in the same building (Iceshard Manor), Stormcaller Bludlaen is spawning in the place of Clrakk Blackfist.

I have all these quest items and no one to give them to!

Also, outside just below the entrance to Iceshard Manor Sentinel Tyorpen and Sentinel Estrek seem to share the same spawn point; they're standing inside of each other.

Both of the iceshard brothers can have a frost giant lord ph. This is legit.

This is also legit. They share the same spot.

A note about certain named npcs in Kael. After a certain time, there should be an increasing chance of the phs despawning, till the named spawns. I am still working with this.

Ah okay that last part will help. I considered that they could have PHs but it seemed really odd since these NPCs are involved in a lot of quests. Just seems weird to me to make players kill giants to spawn quest NPCs when you're giant factioned.

Vandy's research indicates a depop timer on PHer of 108 mins with about 30% to skip the depop.

Does anyone know more? Additional testing welcomed.

Been sitting in Kael all day and haven't seen any PHs depop yet.

Been waiting to do the turn in on 3 quests for weeks. :p

Edit: 24 hours later, still no change in NPCs. I think it's safe to assume the above change isn't working. In the meantime could anyone pop Vorken Iceshard and Clrakk Blackfist?

Bump, have had 3 quest turn ins ready to go for almost 2 months now. Also one of the "a Frost Giant Lord" PHs (the one in the center in front of the chair/throne) has disappeared completely, possibly another bug?

Edit: Nevermind, respawned as a Frost Giant Lord about an hour after I starting sitting here...

Still need information on how long it takes for them to depop, % chance to depop, when should they respawn, % chance to repop a ph or named, is the repop immediate or next cycle.

Non-raid quest npcs in Kael will have a chance to repop from their spawngroup after a certain amount of time. This allows players loyal to Kael a way of eventually getting their quest npcs without having to kill placeholders.
