Weird texture issues

These seem to happen only to these things here. I've included pics this time. :-P

Not sure what the deal is. I've tried turning texture cache on and off, and I've tried using various forms of texture compression, to no avail. I've even tried running without 16x Anistropic or my 4x AA.

This just started happening a few days ago out of the blue.

Other than bows on humans being messed up and the giant focus torches (and one occasion of a messed up halfling warrior breastplate), everything has been going great.

I use the Titanium client by the way.

Bitmaps? Really?

Damn, my bad. I didn't even think. Let me fix it.

*Edit*

Should be much smaller jpegs now.

I have nothing to offer except for the fact that I lol'd so hard at the giant torch.

Maybe it's their pipe :)

Any thoughts on this? Is there a texture cache I can delete? Maybe some file that is linked directly to item appearance that I can replace?

I would try deleting your EQ titanium install completely, install from the discs (or if you are from a bay with pirates, re-download it completely from wherever you got it) and then try again. It sounds like one of the files has gotten corrupted, most likely the gequip files.

Let me know how that goes. If you have the discs and install again, I would look into replacing your disks by any means if it still doesn't work after that.

Alright, I'll give it a shot. Thanks! :-)

*Edit*

Replacing all of my gequip.s3d files fixed it. Thank you.
