Runed Fighters Staff
 

WTB RFS, paying 35k

I'm kinda noob and don't understand why this staff is more expensive than a Tstaff while it seems its dps is lower. It has no proc either.
Can you please explain ?

i would go with peacebringer ( 4kish ) under lev 50 and above with Tstaff ( 30kish )
