EverEverQuestQuest - DnD inside EQ
 

OK it happened, weve talked about doing it for a while.. Port, myself and Filibus decided to get the ball rolling on evereverquestquest - pen and paper dnd INSIDE of everquest.. we did a mini adventure that was suposed to take 15 minuets (and actually took about 1hr) which consisted of them rolling an ogre war named Splat Lord and a Human Wizard named BrownBuns...

The two adventurers met for the first time in a tavern outside of Highhold keep.. Where brownbuns was on his first patrol from the wizarding accademy.

I didnt screen cap everything, but here is a couple of little bits of the fight that broke out between themselves and a train of goblins (dragged into the bar by a know it all Dark Elf)

they made out with free dinner at Joes Tavern, along with 2 gold pieces and some XP!

I think I've played this before. You create your own characters and find friends to RP with: Tom Riddle, the Marauders, the Eldest Weasley Brothers, Harry Potter & Co., or the New Generation! You can choose to RP at Hogwarts or other areas within the premises.

"The Irish were amazing! Teamwork is key in Quidditch, I'm telling you!" Maia Gabrieli exclaimed while throwing her arm around her friend Cedric Diggory's shoulder. Quidditch was the one thing Maia was ever loud about and Cedric was one of the few people she could conversate with.

"They don't have particularly good player. Every team needs a strong player. The Irish got lucky. If Krum had found the snitch 20 points earlier, they would've lost." Cedric argued, after rolling his eyes at Maia.

"Balderdash." she countered. Cedric decided it was best not to argue. Sure she loved watching Quidditch but Maia had never played a single game, let alone levitated on a broom more than a few inches. But Cedric, being the kind guy he was, decided to let her win.

Maia smiled and silently thanked the dietys that she'd met Cedric that first day when she'd been shunned from the Slytherins and had eaten at the Hufflepuff table. Most Hufflepuffs even gave her odd looks but the ever perceptive Cedric instantly knew anyone who was sitting alone at another house's table was either very lost or had been given a hard time at their own table.

I remember the DnD nerds at my school trying to get me to roll the dice and pick up the pen and paper.

5 minutes into playing I said "This is dumb I'm going to go play EverQuest, you don't have to imagine shit, you can actually SEE the game!"
