Troll shaman guildmaster agro
 

I happened to wander into grobb as an ogre, and Jokca (the Shaman guildmaster) appears out of nowhere and agros me. I guess I'll have to train in Oggok, but I'd like to stick in innothule swamp for leveling.

not a bug. troll and ogah shaman guilds hate each other

Also certain mobs and quests can lower faction. Believe braid quest from lizards.

She got me too once on my first time into Grobb on my Shaman here on P99.

We must stop this Shaman on Shaman violence, brothers and sisters.
