It will definitely be a while before anything is off the ground as i plan on playing casually.

The founders are basically going to be the officers and will decide on a loot distribution system, a direction for the guild, decide diplomacy decisions, and any other important matter concerning the guild. I dont plan on being the leader, I dont plan for there to be a leader, but a team of leaders.
