This item says it's GM event drop only, but I thought it dropped by Mina Glimmerwing in lfay, with 1 charge of insta gate? I actually had the item long ago. It's her "rare" drop, as if she's not rare enough a spawn already.

Also hence the name "glimmer ring"

never heard of it myself and if was dropped it would be perma camped.

insta gate op on pvp server -

If it did drop it would be nerfed just like cazic pots were, can't allow instant cast gate pots in PvP.
