UO was the most ruthless MMO ive ever played tho..so if they can tap into that, this could be something good.

SotA looks way too watered down for my tastes. What I loved about UO was the open feel, you could be pickpocketed or murdered at any time so you always had to be on the lookout for gankers and thieves. Seems like they are taking out all the risk, and thus the excitement, with SotA.

I hope it ends up being good but I just really dont think it will :P not to me anyway.

When you're spoiled with classic EQ its hard to look at anything "new" without a really critical eye over how easy everything has become :(

There's always trivial content, a cash shop, and a stupid amount of wacky emotes to factor in if it isnt a problem with the combat system or the world being too small etc.

I just wanted a Ultima underworld type game.
