Bind Wound
 

so i've gone through about 10 stacks of bandages at level 53 (Rogue) since my last skillup. skill is stuck at 188. THis capped, bugged, or just unlucky?

I know on monk i got 201 as soon as i hit 51

unlucky, maybe low int/wis, ect. should cap at 200 for war/monk/rogue, and goes past 200 at level 51. dive into more lava and give those gypsies more money

Rogue BW caps at 100 until level 51, I think.

Warriors and rogues go over 200 at lvl 57 or 58.

As your bind wound gets higher, the likelihood of a skill-up goes down.

it was definitely capped at 188. went up to level 54 and immediately got 2 skillups
