Hi Fellas,

I'm new to the forum and new to the game as well. (I actually discovered this forum because of the JLaw Pics :D )
I've heard of EQ before but never played so I thought I should give it a try.
So I downloaded the game set up this forum account etc.

Here's the problem:
As I currently live in Australia my country code for the phone is +61 and I tried to activate the account security with the SMS code. Unfortunately I didn't get a SMS yet. I just waited for 45 minutes but it still feels odd. It's currently 12:40am btw. I tried to insert my german SIM card and redo it with this but the forum tells me i can't do a retry. So anyone any ideas what to do?

Any help would be much appreciated.

I don't know the answer to your question but I think it's hilarious that people are joining this game because of those leaks. Welcome aboard and good luck getting set up.

On a side note, it's strange that so many men want to see Jude Law nude!

Anyway: Even though I can't get those sms I can still login and play. I played alot of shiny WoW and a little ESO and Neverwinter, which means I'm a total newbie to EQ. Any help would be much appreciated, best would be TS³ or similar.

But first im off to bed. It's 3am :D

Hopefully someone answered when I wake up in several hours.

I haven't set up an Emu account in a long time. Seems strange that you are required to use SMS.

It just arrived, just took it 25 hours.
