Paineel Guard - No Faction Hits

Skeleton guards in paineel do not give a faction hit. On live it was possible farm these guards for positive Deepwater Knight faction hits. All of the other NPCs in the zone that aren't undead give faction hits like so:

[Sun Aug 31 21:53:26 2014] Your faction standing with CrimsonHands got better.
[Sun Aug 31 21:53:26 2014] Your faction standing with DeepwaterKnights got better.
[Sun Aug 31 21:53:26 2014] Your faction standing with GateCallers got better.
[Sun Aug 31 21:53:26 2014] Your faction standing with Heretics got worse.

They did add faction at some stage though, just not sure if they will have faction hits on this server. These posts indicate it may have been added after Luclin was released. maybe in PoP
