Project 1999 - Merchants: Klok F`tshai

I guess this merchant is said to sell food water throwing weapons arrows bandages pumice ect. Currently he carries brewing materials.

did some more research he was changed to a taskmaster some point in the future but found this list of items he should carry.

Again can't find a date on this one but was before he was changed to a taskmaster obviously. Goes hand in hand with the post from 2002.
