Can't get past character select screen
 

Hi guys, just started this up today. I'm running Windows 8. I can get to the character select screen but my clicking doesn't do anything. I can't even quit the game with closing it in the task manager.

I was originally on for about 5 minutes. I clicked the "face" button in my char inventory and everything went downhill.

EQemu website shows that the server is up and that there are people online, so I don't know if this is a problem on my side or theirs.

Thanks for helping me. I know I'm a newb, but I couldn't find this exact issue posted on the forum.

Download the duxa installer Mustazio, could be a multiple core processor issue?

There's an option in there somewhere that makes your PC run it from one core :p
