Buff Bars / DuxaUI with Buff Bars
 

Hi - I love Duxa UI but I would really like buff bars with durations or at the very least the duration label shown all the time. Has anyone been able to accomplish this?

It wouldn't be "classic", but I think its possible to alter your buff window based on whats in the duxa folder... replace it etc with a buff bar from a different UI.

I tried just dropping some other .xml file from a buff bar addon but it breaks the entire UI. I was hoping even for something as simple as a small XML change or addition to show duration but I'm not sure that's possible.

This isn't quite the same, but someone out there made a log watcher HUD application that watched your log files for when you cast a spell, added some sort of icon to the HUD, waited the appropriate amount of time for them to expire, and then removed the icon from the HUD. Effectively this was like a buff bar, even though it technically wasn't part of the EQ UI.

If you search the forums for "HUD" you should be able to find it.
