What classes are limited into MQing at any level?

I've seen numerous twinks with certain epics (Cleric / Monk / Rogue / Shaman) - What else is available? All or not?

I think those are the only 4 obtainable at lvl 1

SK is technically obtainable at level 1 but it doesnt get sold as an actual full MQ very often

think mage, pally and chanter are the only ones you couldn't theoretically get at lv 1

What about warrior? Wasnt too sure if the NPC's would engage in dialogue. I thought on Live unless you were level 46 they wouldnt even speak to you.
