TMO's evidence will be presented and reviewed between players and staff before a final (likely player chosen) decision is reached. There couldn't be more transparency here. Tinfoil over something else.

unprecedented. i fail to remember a time when this has happened in p99 history. An hour before VP dragons spawn this post lifting suspension was made. It couldn't be more obvious derubael.

There are 4 more days left on TMO's suspension. If tomorrow Xygoz spawns and IB kills it, followed by TMO being re-suspended, they will be unsuspended on the 2nd of August and the next Xygoz that spawns after their suspension is over will not be killable by TMO.
