Tishan's Kilt Quest (Wizard)
 

Hi, i need a info tbh, not 100% if its a bug...

I am a Dark Elf Wizard lvl 37, went to hand in the Shadowed Ball to Trankia (barbarian npc in Everfrost peaks) and when i gave her the ball, she didnt give me the note necessary...

I was wondering if Dark Elfs arent supposed to do this quest, or if she just bugged on me...

There is a pending fix for Trankia with next patch.
