Level 34 spell scroll is called Malaisement, but the spell in the book is Malisement. Same with the level 19 spell Malaise/Malise.

Maniacal Strength is called "Manicial Strength" in the spellbook.

hahaha

malise 100% more classic than malaise

i totally remember when they changed that

Thulack 07-18-2014 08:46 AM

and they just changed Manicial strength last patch or the patch before. It was mispelled in Classic.

March 2003 Patch

Quote:

Changed the spelling of Malise to Malaise.
Typos confirmed classic.

That doesn't prove that the spell was called one thing and the scroll was called another, though. If that's how it was in classic then cool, but seems weird.

scroll should be the same for malise/ment at least

I would check on live before reporting any spelling issues between scroll/spells.

I reported an issue like this for Necromancers: Rapacious Subversion (spellbook) was Rapacious Subvention on a scroll. Nilbog pointed out that this is still the case on live.
