When does snare effect get takin off epic?

When does snare effect get takin off epic? Since root/snare doesn't stack, the click is damn near useless, especially in dungeons.

EDIT: Druid Epic, sorry guys.

Never - they just make it so root/snare stack later in Velious.

Nah I recall it having snare affect removed just having trouble finding when.

Naw, it always had a snare.

The root/Snare changes in velious were a god send to druids/necros both.

Snare effect is removed from druid epic after luclin, it IS removed in classic timeline but we will never see it in P99.

Which is a shame, makes the epic little more than a stat stick IMO. Was the reason I never used the right clicky from it on live, got tired of the snare effect having issues with my normal(decent) snare and root.

If I wanted a snare/dot combo I would play a necro, benefit there is it doesn't take 9 seconds for a necro to cast theirs.

Other benefit, you can get ES gloves for 500pp and ES vambs for 5k(ish) which is way cheaper than what you will pay to get epic from the top end guilds right now and you can just click the vambs 3 times AND have a snare that lasts longer while still expending no mana.

tl;dr druid epic is stat stick(errrrr, sword), clicky is VERY situational

Come Velious, with the root change, epic will be viable for grouping (doubles as a snare/DoT that is tough to resist) and for soloing/root rotting.

I'd prefer it not have the snare. But shits classic.
