Any form of dispel can be used around faction mobs.

Whether its enchanter 4 slot, the nullify/cancel everyone gets or pumice stones. If you have higher or lesser then faction against player you are pvping, it wont matter its like casting a buff, NPC's don't care.

I played on TZ so guard assist wasnt a function of the server but on TZ dispell was considered benefical spell.
