eqgame.exe crashing after server select

Updated to the latest eqchanges zipfile today after taking 3 weeks or so off.

dbg log's only error appears to be this:

2010-08-25 18:18:49 Failed to open C:\Program Files\Sony\EverQuest\GlobalDRK_chr.s3d.
