Characters GONE
 
I logged in 5 minutes ago to find all of my characters gone. There is a male toon of unknown class and unknown zone there instead. My char slot says "Your spells file is outdated" HALP! Is there anyway I can get my character back?

You mis-read the message. It actually says, "Your spells file is out dating."

When it gets back from its date all will be well.
