Refresher?

I'm currently waiting on the IP exemption so my husband and I can play together.... I think the jury is still out on what class/race we'll be going with.

It occurred to me, in the mean time, that it might be nice to know what sites people use for EQ now. I haven't played in ... 5 years? So I don't remember what I used for info. and I don't know what gets updated, is out of date, or doesn't apply here. Etc.

Any suggestions? Thanks!

In other words, is the wiki here the best option?

The Wiki is about the only site I ever use nowadays, since it's in really good shape now. Every once in a while I might go to Allakhazam to double check something or look up an obscure monster/quest, but if you do that you have to be careful not to get information that's too new (therefore inaccurate). For EC stuff, this is a nice resource: http://ahungry.com/eqauctions

P99 wiki is good. Can't find answer there then someone on these forums can likely help

ahungry.com (P99-specific site) to see what's for sale.

EQTraders.com sometimes, even if there are non-classic recipes mixed in.

Level 10 rogue at your service if you're ever in need. I've got Ventrillo. Currently in Misty Thicket trying to decide where to run next.

Name is Etris in game also.

Cool. Wiki first, got it.

Currently debating starting a de magician or enchanter to pair with a de wizard.

If you are starting a Dark Elf chanter or mage check out the 6 minute bard diet. I heard it's a quick way to level! If they are not camped.. http://wiki.project1999.com/6-Minute_Bard_Diet

Killing one monster every six and a half minutes is a really slow way to level...

heh. That gives me amusing flashbacks of people killing the bards in the Karanas I think.
