Ton Po's looks like a cracked staff, so . . . pass. Also your chance to buy Ton Po's was when IB was on EQ Mac. I doubt Perun will give it up at this point.

I would just talk directly to an Officer of TMO so they can refuse you directly because members are awarded loot and can't pass it on to other players.

I'm sure the new Officers are just as willing to take your plat as Zeelot was.
