Getting Banned
 

My account seems to have been banned, as of about two days ago. I haven't the foggiest notion of what I did wrong.

I received no notifications via email or private message and my email request for an explanation has been ignored.

How do I find out what offense I am supposed to have committed?

WHY don't the admins who do this banning, notify the individuals??

petition in the petition forum's your best bet. I'd say if you truly have no idea why, then it's probably RMT related.

Make a post/thread in the petition/exploit forum.

Not sure who you send an e-mail to, but all account related customer service inquiries are done through the petition forum.

We rarely tell people they are being banned/suspended prior to doing so. More often than not it's because the person is not online. If you are online at the time of the ban/suspension, we will make every effort (in most cases) to inform you why you are being banned/suspended.

This is about my game account, with all of my toons, gear and plat. I have a right to whine!

2-boxing? Handling "hot" items in EC? A bad name? Training/being rude to other players? You must have some idea :p

Shamelinda gave me a 1-2 day suspension for a surname she didn't like back in the day... even though I'd participated in a few GM events with it before that.

More RMT scum banned trying to feign ignorance, hope you lost everything.

The admins acknowledged their error and reactivated my account yesterday.
