if it's anything like my encounters with Hateraid, it was about 3 minutes of Hateraid getting his shit pushed in due to laughably low mr followed up by him making a run for the nearest zoneline and pluggin.

35 MR is excusable when you're rocking 200+ equippable str I heard.

hateraid chased me down in sro once to nuke me, then i dispelled him and stunned / nuked once and he gated, same thing again in oasis, cept i nuked him once and he gated
