I'll sue you over my pixels.

18 U.S. Code § 1030

(a) Whoever—

(2) intentionally accesses a computer without authorization or exceeds authorized access, and thereby obtains
(C) information from any protected computer;

(A) knowingly causes the transmission of a program, information, code, or command, and as a result of such conduct, intentionally causes damage without authorization, to a protected computer;

(C) intentionally accesses a protected computer without authorization, and as a result of such conduct, causes damage and loss.

(11) the term “loss” means any reasonable cost to any victim, including the cost of responding to an offense, conducting a damage assessment, and restoring the data, program, system, or information to its condition prior to the offense, and any revenue lost, cost incurred, or other consequential damages incurred because of interruption of service; and
(12) the term “person” means any individual, firm, corporation, educational institution, financial institution, governmental entity, or legal or other entity.

Banning my accounts is my "loss" since the time put into the accounts can be construed as income if I decided to sell my time; due to port scanning on the processes to which I never authorized. Since the .dll does not include a warning or a TOS and is just automatically downloaded through the launcher; all information being accessed is unauthorized due to a lack of a ToS from project1999 itself it would be considered malicious; the .dll unlike normal Warden systems does not have protection via a contract between the Server Administrators and the end users.

tl;dr you're using unauthorized programs (that set off anti-virus protocols) to view my processes, and taking action based on the process reports. The Electronic Frontier Foundation would conclude that this is a breach of privacy so long as it does not have a terms of service detailing consent from the end users to agree to process scanning.

YOU GOTTA GET MY CONSENT BEFORE YOU JEW ME BRO.
