Optional Patch?
 

Never heard of it, but apparently I need it now.

I can't log or zone into Paineel or have the option to start an Erudite Necro or SK. Any help in solving this issue or directing me on how to install or turn on these files will be greatly appreciated.

I did install using Titanium. Is there an option when installing that to use "Optional Patch"?

There is no special patch required to access Paineel. How long has this been going on? There were some issues last night I think the server crashed at one point and I was having trouble zoning.
