No item tags
 

I am getting a bug from time to time that when i mouse over an item the floating item tag does not pop up and i have to right click and hold to tell what an item is. Can someone tell me if this is a setting that i keep screwing up or is it the UI itself, or even the game? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
