Any non-mages do this quest? Seems like the easier option rather than trying to farm a goblin ghazughi ring.

Not sure if its that way on p99, but it was restricted on live.

Only reason I'm questioning it is because shamans use the shovel of ponz, i.e. type quests for reclaim pet, so I'm wondering if this falls in the same category

it doesnt work on other classes. neither does clay bracelet =/
