EQ not picking up key remapping
 

My shift and control keys do not work. I have remapped the left ctrl > windows key, shift > caps lock, caps lock > numpad enter. The program used to do this was 'KeyTweak'.

EQ doesn't pick up the remap and I've played all this while without using capitalisation, question marks etc... (I've managed to make a select few '%t' macros by pushing down on shift with great pressure, which even then I can only get to work on very rare occasions).

Any idea how to rectify this situation?
