Several vendors in game. Which zone you need tho? FoB? EC? WFP? ......etc....

just FYI not all those merchants sell batwings. best to click on the merchants first and see if bat wings is one of there items. Half those merchants dont show batwings on the wiki or ingame.

I believe Laugher is correct -- she's dubious to Iksar.

Pay a lowbie nearby at orc 2 etc to buy you a few stacks, win/win :)
