when you hand in skin it spawns NPC to hand other stuff to get epic. So its not really a MQ as much as just a NPC spawning.

Ahh ok so multiple people can do hand ins with 1 skin. That's cool. I don't know anything about wizards other than they can port and are always afk

How much are you selling NPC access rights for?
