Wakening Lands: Grand Vizier Poolakacha`tei
 

This NPC is currently not spawning, nor is his PH. He is supposed to be a 2 hour respawn and until recently he had been spawning correctly.

He should be spawning -4142, 2020, -184 in the holgresh caves.

I have been off and on the past few days, watching the cave and killing the occasional round when i'm the only one on server, I don't think its a matter of him being killed and i'm missing it.

Don't see anything wrong with this. It potentially could be too low on the Z axis. Bumped that marginally, so when it spawns, it will recognize it better.

Other than that, should be good.

I just ran a ranger out to check, he is up and on track..but he's not in his cave. Seems like you're right that hes spawning under the world. Track is pointing me straight to where he should be.
