Clicky Effect question -
 

When the wiki states that a clicky effect is any slot, it obviously can be used from inventory. When it states it must be equipped, it obviously means you have to have it equipped to use.

What about when it says any slot/can equip? I know that sounds like a basic question... but does it mean that the effect can be used from either inventory OR while equipped?

OR

Does it mean that it can be cast from any slot but only by the classes/races that can have it equipped.

The later is what that Any Slot/Can Equip means.

If you look at Guise of the Deceiver, it will just say Any Slot. Mask of Deception however will say Any Slot/Can Equip.

Obviously the difference between Guise can be used by all and Mask only by rogue/bards.
