Can't send tells.
 

Every time I try to send a tell to someone it says that they are offline, however I know they get my messages because after trying to send someone a tell you was standing right next to me, he invited me to a group and communicated through group chat claiming that he also could not send me tells. Any tips?

It's a bug, log out of the game completely, log back in and you should be fine
