Black screen when trying to play

I havent played in about a year but now I'm getting my EQ withdraws so I decided t play again. I have a new PC so had to start over and followed the guide all the way to starting the Launch Titanium.bat. I followed every step. Fresh install, deleted files, copied new files, then ran the .bat but I get a black screen with the gold colored mouse cursor but nothing happens. Any suggestions?

hit Alt+enter go get out of fullscreen mode and see if that helps. You playing with dual monitors by chance?

Hi, I'm playing with dual monitors and this is happening to me as well. Is there any way to make full screen work with dual monitors?

wineq makes it pretty close to fullscreen

Wineq will help but no way to play true full screen with 2 monitors.
