Will my Speed increase while sneaking as my skill goes up in Sneak?

no but at lvl 51 55 59 it does increase to full run speed. I believe those are the 3 levels.

ok well then there is at least an end and I wont be forever slow lol thanks again!

sow pots will let you sneak at normal run speed while you level up, strafing helps a tiny bit as well
