Error Code 0xc0000022
 

I have recently installed the game and have followed the directions. Everytime I try to run the game I get this error code and it says that the Dsetup.dll file contains an error or is not setup to run on windows. This is the file that I downloaded with the P99 patch files. I did a clean install and did not copy over the P99 dsetup.dll file and the game worked until character select then said I was missing files. Copied over P99 Dsetup.dll and did not work again.

Anyone have any clues? Thanks for your time.
