Agnostic Dark Elf. Haven't killed high elves. She is the ONLY source for 16-20 spells, which higher ones research off of. How do I get her to not hate me? Anything I can wax, quests?

Get someone to buy it for you, or use an alt to buy them. Get a bard or enchanter to charm them.

There's usually someone camping the AC on the island, see if they will lend a hand for a little pp.
