Alright, I'm going to give Red a genuine try.
 

I've always loved the PvP aspect of games but have been hesitant to play on Red because of the stories I've heard about spawncampers and corpsecampers, as well as the consistently low player population. But people are telling me that it really is a fun server if you're willing to commit to it, so I'm going to give it a fair chance and take my best shot at it.

I don't suppose there are any leveling guilds that would welcome a Halfelf Bard? >.>

Uprising is pretty much the "leveling" guild atm since Red Dawn is gone now. Actually a lot of cool people in there and Id say half if not more are blue rerolls or first timers on the server.

corpse campers get banned if you call for loot and scoot. the down side is that you have to leave the zone for an hour after grabbing your stuff.

What classes are overplayed on Red and what's in need? I was considering a Halfelf Bard.

Needed classes? Always CLR, SHM, Ench or some type of melee.

Overplayed... wiz, necro, druid, rogue, monk.

Good bards are rare as good players are.
