highlighted spells
 

Im having a problem when I try to highlight a spell it doesn't show what spell it is or the time remaining left on the spell. I also have the same problem when I put my mouse cursor over items it does not show what the item is. I have the standard UI and I have not messed with any files or tried to download anything different.
