Fizzling
 

I see others have posted about this before as well, but there is definitely something wrong with the fizzle rate still. I am maxed out on alteration, and alteration mastery, but I fizzle on about 30% of the alteration spells I cast, sometimes 2-4 times in a row before the spell actually casts successfully.
